Payment

Master Card, Visa and Discover credit cards are accepted through our secure online server. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax

Shipments to addresses in Ohio will be charged a 8% sales tax. The shopping cart will calculate sales tax automatically for Ohio residents.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS, UPS and Federal Express and an estimate of shipping charges is provided at the time of order. We work very hard to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and ship your order. Often we can ship the same day if it is a weekday, but please contact us after your place your order if you need something right away. We will do our best to expedite the processing.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because the address provided with your order is undeliverable or incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the order to a correct address. We will contact you to obtain the correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of shipping plus a 10% handling fee.

If a shipment is returned to us because your refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of shipping plus a 10% handling fee. We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.

Defective or Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure that all items we ship are defect-free, but sometimes there can be a problem with an item. If you receive a defective item, let us know and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

If an item is damaged in shipping and the package was insured, please retain all packing materials and call us at (888)840-9181 and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. If the order was shipped by Federal Express or UPS, we will initiate a damage claim with them and the driver will need to see the damaged item(s) and the packing materials. For all items shipped via USPS, we will send you a return shipping label and will replace the damaged item once we have received the damaged item from you.

International Orders

Our standard shipping rates are for deliveries to the US only. Please contact us prior to placing an order for all international orders. We will accept international orders via email, subject to the following:

  • Payment must be made in US Dollars and all orders will be shipped only to your verified address on file with your credit card company.
  • All orders will be subject to a $10 handling fee due to currency conversion fees, customs paperwork and the extra processing required for shipping international orders.
  • The cost of shipping and insurance will be added to the total.
  • Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders from any country at our discretion.

To place an international order send us an email with the list of items you would like to purchase and your complete shipping address. Do not include any credit card information in your email as it is not secure. We will contact you with a final total and details with how to process your payment.

Backorders

We do our best to keep adequate stock of all items but sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. If any of the items you order are out of stock we will contact you via email and give you the option of waiting until all items are available or shipping the items that are available immediately. We will then ship the back order items when they become available. Your credit card will not be charged for any backorder items until the backorder is available to ship.

Refund Policy

We do our very best to describe each item in detail. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. You must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping an item back to us (at your expense) for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. If your order was originally shipped with free shipping and the return results in an order that would not qualify for free shipping the shipping charges will be deducted from the return credit. Due to copyright issues all sales of software, books, magazines and design CDs are final. Also, any special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
