Do I need to set up an account with you?

You do not need to create an account to checkout. When you get to the checkout page select the Continue as a Guest option.

How do I change and check my account details?

Login to your account by clicking the account login link at the top of the page. You can then edit your account details and view order history.

I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot my password link to receive an email to reset your password. If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folder first. Otherwise your account may be using a different email address

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We do our very best to describe each item in detail. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. You must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping an item back to us (at your expense) for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. If your order was originally shipped with free shipping and the return results in an order that would not qualify for free shipping the shipping charges will be deducted from the return credit. Due to copyright issues all sales of software, books, magazines and design CDs are final. Also, any special order items or cut fabric may not be returned or exchanged.
