Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.  At peak times it can take longer to ship.  We will make every effort to expedite your order to meet a deadline if you contact us.

We ship via USPS, UPS and Federal Express and an estimate of shipping charges is provided at the time of order. We work very hard to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible and often can ship for less using USPS Flat Rate methods.  For example, we can fit 9 yds of fabric in a USPS Flat Rate Padded envelope for less than the calculated shipping cost based on weight.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.  We are currently closed on Wednesday.

We do our very best to describe each item in detail. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. You must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping an item back to us (at your expense) for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. If your order was originally shipped with free shipping and the return results in an order that would not qualify for free shipping the shipping charges will be deducted from the return credit. Due to copyright issues all sales of software, books, magazines and design CDs are final. Also, any special order items or cut fabric may not be returned or exchanged.
