"Party Time" is a festive collection designed for Studio E Fabrics by Sharla Fults. This collection features a 24" x 44" panel, a versatile 8 block design, a tossed cake print, a tossed party hat allover, a tossed streamers and stars print in two colorways, a tossed confetti design, a packed balloon print and a border stripe.
